We are looking for a candidate with the integrity, capacity and motivation to successfully;
Oversee and ensure the efficiency and accuracy of medicine provision across our 5 centres in North Yorkshire.
Ensure that fantastic client service is at the forefront of everything we do for both our companion animal clients and the hundreds of farmers who we serve.
Oversee the training and development of our team of 10 dispensary staff.
The successful candidate will have:
Strong management skills, and the ability to develop a team.
A focus on outstanding client care.
Strong communication skills able to adapt to the demands of a diverse internal and external client base.
Ability to self-audit and desire to continually improve performance through robust working practices
Strong I.T skills with experience of stock management systems an advantage
Able to present in a consultative manner initiatives and changes to operating practices to the wider practice.

An opportunity has arisen for a veterinary surgeon to join our team with an equine bias. As we continue to grow there will be huge potential for this role to evolve.View Advert
The current workload will be equine biased though the ability to do some non-routine farm work would be expected. TB testers are used to minimise the testing load on clinical vets.
Our equine work consists of mostly leisure horses as well as hunters, competition and commercial yards. Work is generally ambulatory however, we do have a knock down box and stable for minor surgical procedures. Equipment includes in house lab, motorised dental kit, scanners, scope and digital x-ray. CPD and career progression encouraged.
We have the benefit of being based in the enviable geographical position of mid Cornwall making easy access to great beaches, moors, woods, surfing, sailing etc.
